FormFill Adhesive & Caulk is a water based Acrylic Latex caulking specifically designed for perimeter caulking for countertops, fixtures, furniture, and custom closet installations. It is also designed as a superior adhesive/sealant for countertop mitre joints.

Counter Top Joints
1) Knead tube before using.
2) Ensure the two surfaces of the joint are clean and dry.
3) Apply a thick bead of Adhesive & Caulk to one side of the joint and spread evenly with a putty knife.
4) Bring the two surfaces of the joint together and begin to tighten the draw bolts.
5) Align the joint and finish tightening the draw bolts.
6) Repeat step 5.
7) Some shrinkage might occur during final drying. If this occurs, reapply a light coat over the
seam, allow a short drying period, and then wipe down with a damp cloth.

Back Splash
1) Knead tube before using.
2) Place a bead of Adhesive & Caulk in the area to be sealed.

Note:
1) Protect from freezing.
2) FormFill Adhesive & Caulk will dry darker than when first applied.
3) FormFill Adhesive & Caulk is non-toxic, non-flammable, mildew resistant and cleans up with water.

FormFill Laminate Repairer Application Instructions

 

FormFill Laminate Repairer has been designed to bond (adhere) to the phenolic backer of HPL (high pressure laminate). The backer is either brown or black in colour. It will also adhere to particleboard, medium density fiberboard, and plywood. FormFill Laminate Repairer is not designed to adhere to the surface of HPL.

 

1. Prepare the surface of the area to be repaired by exposing the phenolic backer or substrate. Thouroughly clean the area with FormFill Solvent (Acetone). It is important to use 100% acetone when working with the product.

 

2. Squeeze the Repairer onto the leading edge of a stainless steel flexible putty knife. Draw the repairer across the area to be repaired by flexing the putty knife. This action will force the Repairer down into the area to be repaired. Repeat this action several times until the repairer starts to harden.

 

3. Remove any excess Repairer from around the area being repaired with the leading edge of the putty knife. Wait approximately 15 minutes to allow the product to completely dry.

 

4. FormFill Laminate Repairer is a solvent based product and some shrinkage will occur. If the repairer has shrunk below the surface being repaired, simply repeat steps 2 & 3 until the repair is satisfactory.

 

5. Use a tissue or cloth with FormFill Solvent, and with light pressure, blend the repairer level with the surface.
